The Pantanal is the world's largest inland wetland, located in the heart of South America, primarily across Brazil. It is renowned for its breathtaking biodiversity and is characterized by seasonal flooding.

For many years, I dreamed of exploring the Pantanal to photograph jaguars, giant otters, and especially beautiful and colorful birds, such as the rare hyacinth macaws, in their natural habitat. I joined Hamburg-based nature and wildlife photographer Uwe Hasubek. Now, I would like to take you on a journey through the beautiful and biodiverse Pantanal.
