Japan is a fascinating land of contrasts – and a dream destination for photography enthusiasts. Hokkaido's natural beauty, in particular, with its dancing red-crowned cranes, majestic Steller's sea eagles on the ice floes, graceful whooper swans, rare sika deer, and perhaps even red foxes in their winter coats, offers unforgettable subjects.
Then there's Tokyo: a city like no other, multifaceted in its architecture, skyscrapers, a sea of lights, perfect infrastructure, and incredibly friendly people – a different world where even tranquil green parks and delicate cherry blossoms find their place. Finally, in the Nagano region, there's the famous Snow Monkey Park, where snow monkeys warm themselves in hot springs – their almost human features and the intimate interactions between mothers and young can be captured up close… Let yourself be enchanted by some impressions from my first trip to distant, winter-blessed Japan.
